This is controversial issue that whether Rajnikant should play role of Aurangzeb or not. And second is sensitive issue because of religion. But i strongly believe that art and artist should be free from that. There should be no limit on artist on the name of religion. because after all art survives. History has proved that religious leaders were wrong. Their imposed banned were misleading. Baning will never bring good thing in society. Art is beautiful medium to connect people. What is wrong in just playing role of the person?. It shouldnt happen.
It is not good idea to believe that Aurangzeb was anti hindu, so one can not play role of him. History may be imperfect in portraying him completely wrong way. So there is nothing wrong in playing role .
